Where is your furniture made from?
All our furniture pieces are made in Singapore.

Do you have a showroom?
We are predominantly an online business and do not have a furniture showroom. However, you’re welcome to make an appointment with us to have a chat and see the products being made at our workshop.

Do you offer customization?
Yes, in most instances. Please reach out to us directly to arrange a quote or schedule a meeting depending on the complexity of the project.
Why are custom items more expensive than standard products?
Standard products are priced based on the efficiency of producing them in batches. As with a lot of things, cost per unit typically reduces when making multiples of the same thing. This is due to a number of factors including design, programming, sourcing materials and setting up. Not only can we not get the same economy of scale with one-off items, we also need to take design time into account.

Where are your materials from?
We procure materials from a diverse network of trusted suppliers worldwide, ensuring the highest quality standards. We use eco-conscious timber imported from reliable sources and coatings with low VOC's that are safe to use and child friendly.

Do you offer a trade discount? 
Yes we do. Please email us with your business details and we will be able to offer you a promo code that is unique to your business. 

Do you offer bulk order purchase discounts? 
Yes we do. Depending on the item and quantity, we will be able to offer you a bulk discount. Please drop us and email to enquire.

Can I choose my delivery date? 
No you will not be able to. Depending on the type of product that you are ordering, we will need time to manufacture, process and pack. A shipping email will be sent out to you when the shipping label has been created. 

Do you offer self-collection at your warehouse? 
Yes we do, please contact us at our email address the date and time you would like to pick up your order. 

Do you ship internationally? 
No we do not at the moment. 

When will I receive my refund? 
All refunds will be usually be processed within 3 working days after collecting back the returned goods. For cancellation (before an item has been shipped), your refunded amount will also be processed within 3 working days. Depending on your bank's clearing out policy, it may take the bank another 7 - 10 working days to reflect the refunded amount in your account.

All refunds will be processed back to your original mode of payment unless otherwise stated.

I received the order but some of my items are missing. 
We're sorry your order is not completed. Write in to us at hello@plankstore.sg with your order number we will be able to look into it and have the missing item redelivered at your earliest convenience.
